Tigh Grian Ltd - Affordable Sustainable Housing
Picture Gallery

The construction of the individually designed houses took place in factory for most parts and was delivered to the building site. This is how we reduced the waste to almost zero. The components are being delivered completely equipped, hence no plumbing, wiring and other waste. Only the positioning and part of the external finishes are done on site. The use of SIPs, heating with heat recovery, solar panels and air to water pumps make the beautifully designed houses most energy efficient and, thus, affordable to maintain. With the addition of ÜserHuus BIPV, they can even produce energy (for example for community heating), and fit into the architectural environment.
