Tigh Grian Ltd - Affordable Sustainable Housing
Picture Gallery

The construction of the individually designed houses takes place in factory for most parts and is delivered to the building site. This is how we reduce the waste to almost zero. The components are being delivered completely equipped, hence no plumbing, wiring and other waste. Only the positioning and part of the external finishes are done on site. The use of SIPs, heating with solar panels and air pump make the beautifully designed houses most energy efficient and, thus, affordable to maintain. With the addition of ÜserHuus BIPV, they can even produce energy, for example for community heating.
